It was just 3 weeks ago when I tipped you off about the Joseph Altuzarra and J.Crew designer collaboration. Well I blinked and there it was. It’s now available online and in stores.
According to J.Crew “A French spin on J.Crew classics, our exclusive capsule collection created in collaboration with 2011 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award winner Joseph Altuzarra has us completely in l’amour. Taking cues from the sultry innocence of Brigitte Bardot, summertime in Saint-Tropez and French ’60s style, the Paris-born designer reimagined our signature stripes in a mix of widths for this sporty cotton dress. Red top-stitched shoulder patches pay homage to the classic Breton top—an iconic sweater first worn by 18th-century sailors in Northern France—though the New York-based rising star points out: “We kept the proportions quite feminine.””

So what do you think? Are you going to hang some of these in your closet?
