Mrs. Orlando Bloom has the chance to prove to everyone she is more than just a pretty face and sexy body. Although she has not given up her supermodel career, she has found rejoice in becoming both a contributor to body + soul magazine and building her own skincare company, Kora Organics.
Miranda, who got her Health Coach certificate at the The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2011, shares her tricks and secrets to a healthy life and as a contributor to this magazine. She told Australian Entertainment online, “I’ve been very passionate about health and wellness from a young age and I like to live a healthy life and a balanced life as much as I can. And body + soul gave me the opportunity to share my passion with others, so when they approached me to guest edit it just felt like a really great fit.”
The former (really?!) Victoria’s Secret angel also had the chance to build her own skincare company, Kora Organics. She has spent several years doing research and trying to find the right elements to create this line. It all started because Kerr had a hard time finding the right skincare products for her skin, which is extremely dry. Growing up on a rural neighborhood in Australia, these products are inspired on her family’s own health remedies. She tested herself each and every product, until she found perfection. They are certified products, and the line was released to the Australian market in 2009. Since then, it has grown and it finally became internationally acclaimed later, even getting the 2013 Marie Claire Beauty Awards.
Now you can order her beauty products online by visiting koraorganics.com from anywhere in the world. Soon you will see her skincare line at department stores, which Miranda is still between talks. So far, Kora Organics has a partnership with Net-a-Porter.
Mom, wife, supermodel, businesswoman, how does she have time for everything?! She even cooks! She shares her organic recipes on both body + soul and on her Kora blog. She has definitely shown all of us she has more than beauty to offer.
