Fashion powerhouse Giorgio Armani has constructed a new boutique in one of the world’s oldest shopping malls, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, in Milan. This boutique is located next to other fashion powerhouses Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Versace. Armani’s new boutique is focused on its chic accessories such as shoes, handbags, jewelry, eyewear, and fragrances in the women’s and men’s collections, as well as Armani Privé Couture. Examples of some of the accessories being sold at Armani’s boutique include men’s moccasins made of 100 percent calf-skin leather and women’s tote bags made in velor.
The boutique is spread over two floors with a total area of 220 square meters and has huge windows overlooking the Galleria plaza. The first floor displays men’s and women’s handbags, jewelry, eyewear, and fragrances. The second floor contains footwear and more extravagant jewelry. This boutique has a modern and refined look with its silver and gold ceilings, quartz marble floors, and silver-colored, as well as green ash finished furniture. Armani designed the boutique with assistance from his chief architects. The elegant new boutique showcases Armani’s sense of subdued, sensual European simplicity with a mix of daring that is seen throughout his collections.
