Who would have guessed custom designer clothes and sweaty artists would mix?
Drake is an artist taking advantage of his tour to showcase his fashion. All throughout his “Drake 2013 North America” tour, Drake will be partnering with designer Italo Zucchelli to display the Calvin Klein Men’s Collection.
Many fans describe Drake’s style as masculine, comfortable, and a little risky. This is because in the past, Drake was able to mix bright red leather pants with an OVO sweatshirt and a pair of Jordan’s. With this collection, Italo hopes to mix Drake’s comfortable style with Calvin Klein’s sophistication.
The outfits for the tour’s collection will be categorized in three capsules. The first capsule will focus on photographic prints of blue skies and the sea from Calvin Klein’s 2014 spring collection. These prints are inspired by the views on Fire Island in the summer during Italo’s youth. The second capsule will have high-tech neon fabrics and a sci-fi flamboyance to them. The last capsule is all about the denim look, which Drake is already comfortable with.
This partnership during the tour may also open the door to Drake and Italo making this collection available to fans at local Calvin Klein stores and department stores. If available, this collection will definitely cater to more worldly palettes.
