Adirée, the parent company and producer of Africa Fashion Week New York (AFWNY), announced Africa Fashion Week designers and Adiat Disu, founder of Adirée-producers of Africa Fashion Week(s), will speak at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City.
The two-hour panel discussion will focus on “Africa as an Emerging Market for Fashion.” Topics discussed will include the following:

Disu, founder of AFWNY and Adirée president will share her understanding and knowledge on African Fashion and Luxury, but also the implications of growing African fashion and luxury industry.
Africa Fashion Week designers will discuss their designs, aesthetic, and inspirations.
In addition, the discussion will also cover the sustainability in fashion since this year’s AFWNY is adding an eco-friendly twist
